How can I place an order?

1. Choose your product and any available options, then add it to your cart.
2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your contact and shipping details, and select an available shipping option.
4. Apply any valid discount code and choose an available payment method.
5. Review your order, shipping address, and total before completing your purchase.

After your order is successfully placed, look for your confirmation email. For assistance, contact service@pavendrix.com.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Still missing? Email us so we can help you check your order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order information. Changes can only be requested before processing begins and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment, modifications may no longer be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

To request cancellation, email service@pavendrix.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Requests may be submitted before processing begins. Once fulfillment or shipping preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be available.

How do I manage items in my shopping cart?

Before checkout, open your cart to review your selected products, adjust quantities, or remove unwanted items. To add another product, return to its product page and add it to your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please refer to the payment options displayed at checkout for your order. Use an option shown there to complete your purchase; availability may vary.

How does PayPal checkout work?

If PayPal is offered at checkout, select it and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in and confirm your payment. Afterward, follow the prompts to return to Pavendrix and check your order confirmation.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your valid code in the discount field at checkout and apply it. Check that the discount appears in your order total before completing payment. The code must meet its applicable conditions.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are handled through payment providers. Please do not send card details or passwords to our customer support email. If you have a payment concern, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, without including sensitive payment information.

Which browsers do you recommend?

For the best experience, use an up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. Older versions may not display every website feature correctly.

What if my order contains an incorrect, damaged, or missing item?

Please email service@pavendrix.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the items received or any visible damage, where relevant. After reviewing the details, we will work with you on an appropriate solution.

How do returns or exchanges work?

How do I start a return?

Before sending a product back, email service@pavendrix.com to request return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before shipping any items.
